Inspired by the power of prayer, I would also like to encourage you: \"<em>The prayer of a righteous man can do much if it is earnest<\/em>\" (James 5:16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One sentence that particularly stuck in my mind was: \"<em>It takes a prayer movement to reach a prayer movement<\/em>\" (It takes a prayer movement to achieve a prayer movement.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Muslim faith has a strong spiritual dimension: Muslims pray five times a day, fast for a whole month a year (Ramadan) and go on pilgrimage at least once. They live a \"prayer movement\" that should not be underestimated. That is why I have come to the conclusion that we also need a prayer movement to bring about change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I invite you to pray, fast and worship God for our \"Muslim cousins\". In recent years, the Spirit of God has opened doors and sparked movements in many places - in Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia and other countries. Praise and worship God for this. Thank you for joining us in this prayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In other places, however, such as in our city in northern Iraq (Kurdistan), we often experience \"hard ground\". Here we see little to no fruit among our \"cousins\". We don't know exactly why this is the case. But in recent months we have seen people being frightened or rejected by Jesus, sometimes even demonic manifestations.
