We did so with a great deal of sadness, but in the conviction that this was the right course of action in view of the overall situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are already in the process of personnel planning for summer 22, which includes filling the 30% position of Kidspastor again. After Martin von Schoultz, Melanie Winzenried took over this role as part of her one-year internship in the seetal chile. Melanie W. also helps us in some areas and is an important and popular support, especially in the youth area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the church leadership, we asked ourselves whether we could continue to cover these tasks in the area of children and youth with an intern. In the middle of this process, Melanie W. let us know that she could definitely imagine continuing to work after the internship. The question was therefore whether we should try to fill the internship position with a new person or continue with the proven staffing of this position. We decided in favour of the second option and look forward to continuing our journey together with Melanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If her application is approved by Chrischona Switzerland (from May \"Viva Kirche\"), she will work from August 2022 in a 60% position in the seetal chile with tasks with the kids and youth.
