For this reason, we have invested in the training of existing and new shepherds in recent months. We are now in the fortunate position of being able to activate additional shepherds when more people are looking for a place in a small group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are currently 209 people in seetal chile in one of the 26 small groups or in one of the 7 Lifegroups (teens). Many of these groups start a new annual cycle on 30 April. In the shepherd training programme, we looked in depth at the question of how discipleship in the small groups can become even more concrete. We are now looking forward to hearing what effect this has. Just imagine: Every church member takes one concrete step in discipleship per quarter.
