Abundance of pictorial beauty

Last Saturday our decoration team had a creative workshop which resulted in a beautiful new decoration for our church. The team wrote the following words about it:

Creativity is never about value for money. Perhaps that is why it is such an intense experience, because we humans ourselves are the result of creativity. When we create new things, we are exploring one of God's ways: creating. Every time the sun sets, we think how wonderfully wasteful God is, drawing so much colour and light on the sky. And all this only for it to disappear minutes later. He does this every day - even when clouds cover the sky and people don't even see it. For God, it's not a question of whether a sunset is worthwhile, whether the poll numbers are right or whether he gets enough likes for his work. It would never occur to him to introduce a standard sunset that he reels off day after day because it is not worth the effort. God's creativity is nothing but an expression of his lavish, overflowing love.

If one or the other picture appeals to someone, they are very welcome to purchase it and donate a contribution as they see fit with the note "glow Kigo" or "material costs for the decoration workshop". The pictures can be reserved immediately in the seetal chile office or simply write your name on the back and take them home to enjoy from 03 May 2020.
