Adonia musical "Jonah"

The Adonia teens choirs present their latest musical. One of the 21 choirs with around 70 participating teenagers will be making a guest appearance at Saalbau in Boniswil. Adonia brings the extraordinary story of Jonah to the stage as a captivating musical.

The famous prophet Jonah is sceptical when he receives a new commission from God. He is to announce God's punishment to the hostile Assyrians. Jonah knows that God is merciful and fears that he will spare the hated Assyrians if they turn from their evil ways as a result of Jonah's warning. Without further ado, Jonah disregards God's instruction and sails in the opposite direction. But the ship is in distress and Jonah has to fight for his life ...
