Cooks and "whale builders" wanted!

The preparations for the Ferienplausch are in full swing. Almost 40 children have already registered and we are looking forward to welcoming many more. Now we are looking for some helpers to assist us with various tasks. 

We are still looking for helpers in the following areas:

? Finish building the whale on Sat. 02 April, from 9:00-12:00 hrs.Do you like to work with your hands and create "big things"? Then we would be very happy if you would support us this Saturday morning. We will do a trial run for the set-up. 

? Whale set up on Sat. 16 April, we start at 9:00 a.m.We will be setting up the whale in the seetal chile car park and would appreciate as many helpers as possible. All helpers are invited for lunch. 

?Last preparations/decorating on Mon 18 April, we start at 9:00 am: We will prepare the worship hall and the other rooms for the holiday fun. There will also be lunch again.

If we can't finish the whale on Saturday, we would still appreciate help with this project.

?????? Chefs and cooks wanted for holiday lunches: We are still looking for 4 parties to cook lunch for the leadership team on one day (Tue/Mi/Thu/Fri). Cooking is for an average of 40 people.
