Glow into the future

Last Saturday, Jonas and I met with all the glow team leaders. Together we thought about how we want to develop the glow further. After an introduction by Jonas, I explained why the glow is an important part of the seetal chile and shared some rough ideas for further development. This was the starting signal for a lively exchange in plenary and in groups. This gave rise to great ideas, concerns were also expressed and the further development took more and more shape. The next step will be to put together a track team and flesh out the many ideas. Many thanks to all who shared their thoughts with us - your cooperation is enormously valuable!
