The first steps

Various teams from seetal chile gathered at the youth centre on Thursday. It was an exciting evening, during which we started the pilot project together. "Functional unit Sunday" have started. The following teams belong to this functional unit: nursery, kigo, welcome, moderation, play, sermon, bistro and 19h service.

Everything that lives needs a structure - every organism and every organisation. The seetal chile has also always had a structure. Recently, it has become more and more apparent that it is no longer conducive to the development of community life. We have reached a point with our vision of the village square where change is needed. Structures have no self-interest, but serve a greater cause. We divide all the teams of the community into functional units and thus promote communication among each other, the release of talents and decentralised decisions in the interest of the greater good.

We are looking forward to this exciting journey together with you and are grateful that we can be on the road with so many motivated and committed people.
