glow Mountain Weekend 2023

Saturday, 2 September 2023 | 07:00 hrs
Do you like pancakes? Do you feel comfortable in good company? Do you like epic nature?
Our traditional mountain weekend is already in its fifth round - and if you can answer "YES" to at least one of the three questions above, you should definitely be part of it!
Together as glow Youth and glow Next we will drive to Arosa and hike to the Ramozhütte, where we will also cook, stay and sleep ourselves. For connoisseurs there is the direct trail in a comfortable 2.5h, for the ambitious the alpine trail in 3.5-4h. On Sunday, we will take the direct route back to the valley to have lunch at the barbecue and, as a challenge, to dam up the Welschtobelbach stream 😉
Meeting point: 02.09.2023, 07:00, car park seetal chile
Back: 03.09.2023, approx. 17:30, car park seetal chile
Cost for all under 18s: CHF 35.00
Cost for all from 18 years: CHF 50.00
More information will be available in the week before the event. However, you will need at least the following equipment:
- Hiking backpack for 2 days (approx. 30-50 litres)
- Outdoor shoes (if possible with a high shaft)
- Sun and rain protection
- Outdoor or sports clothing for hiking
- Silk sleeping bag (for hygiene reasons, blankets are available)
If you are missing any of these items, please feel free to contact me or the seetal chile office - many of them can be borrowed. You don't have to organise anything for the dinner on Saturday and the morning meal on Sunday.
The registration deadline is 27 August, insurance is the responsibility of the participants. If the weather forecasts are miserable, we will try to adapt the programme or, in the worst case, cancel the event altogether.
