Sparkling eyes, great joy and gratitude: last year, 115,750 people in Eastern Europe received a Christmas parcel from Switzerland. Let’s help bring hope and joy to those facing difficult circumstances again this year!

The parcels are distributed to people living in extreme poverty or facing difficult circumstances – including large families, single parents, elderly people living in poverty, and children in schools and care homes. For many, even toiletries, school supplies or toys are not something they can take for granted.

A Christmas parcel is therefore much more than just a present: it conveys a valuable message «You haven’t been forgotten. Someone is thinking of you.» Distribution takes place as part of aid projects that run throughout the year, thereby fostering long-term relationships.

Four Swiss aid organisations are jointly organising the campaign. They collect the parcels and deliver them to destinations including Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Albania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Kosovo.

Collection point in the seetal chile
Pack all the items listed on the leaflet into a sturdy cardboard box (available at seetal chile from the end of October) and wrap it in sturdy gift wrap. You can then bring the parcel to the seetal chile youth centre 😊.
Each parcel must be labelled as a children's or adult parcel. Appropriate adhesive labels are provided.
