Another step towards agility

In In the last few months, various meetings have taken place regarding our new organisational structure. organisational structure. We have started a pilot project called called "Functional Unit Sunday", which includes the following teams are: Kigo, Nursery, Welcome, Service Design, Moderation, sermon, play, bistro host and 19h-GD.

All teams have created a description with the the aim of recording what they stand for as a team. Roles were assigned to the roles were assigned to the individual team members, e.g. the role of the coach, who individual team members in their personal development and helps them and helps them to achieve their goals.
