Toxic thoughts, who doesn't know them? There are millions of people who struggle with an unconscious, destructive thought life and believe there is no way out. Barbara Benz has found a way out and today she travels at home and abroad with her experience as a trained coach and speaker. She loves to train people to renew their thinking and call them into the life that was originally intended for them by God. What she experiences in this metamorphosis process with her clients and how you can also manage to get into a more conscious way of dealing with your thoughts, she tells in our talk.
