That was the Winter Camp 22/23

From 27 December, we spent a few days in Lenzerheide with almost 70 teenagers and young people. This winter camp remains a very fond memory for many, for some it was "the best camp I have ever experienced". Here, too, is a brief description of what made this camp so unique😊

During the day, we spent time on the slopes. There we practised new tricks or ventured onto the skis or snowboard for the first time. In addition, we had to complete a challenge as a group every day. Either to bring the biggest root according to our camp motto "Back to the roots" or to play a trick on the leaders. These challenges were then evaluated in the evening and caused a lot of laughter in the camp house😃 New Year's Eve was themed "80s Party".

Every second evening, we took a closer look at God. We asked ourselves what a good foundation for our house of life is, how we can continue to build on the foundation we have chosen and asked ourselves the challenging question of whether we want to follow Jesus Christ completely. In addition, a brilliant band accompanied us in worship. There was also the possibility of voluntary prayer, which was actively used.

We are infinitely grateful for everything we were able to experience together: For every friendship that was deepened or made. For every encounter with God that took place and in general for this unforgettable week.
