Red, yellow, green or blue?

What are my expectations of teamwork? How do I affect others? Where can the others complement me and where can I myself be a complement? We asked ourselves these and a few more questions as a team of employees in a team coaching session last week. Each of us created a DISG personality profile in advance, which we then discussed. "D" stands for Dominant, "I" for Initiative, "S" for Steady and "G" for Conscientious - Red, Yellow, Green and Blue.

We are a "colourful palette" but now understand each other better in our personalities and can thus work and travel together even more effectively. We are looking forward to using this method also in the formation of functional units, within the framework of agile leadership.
